On the Road with The Wine Wrangler: Adelaida Winery

Adelaida Winery

If you find yourself along California's central coast, wondering how any place in the world could be so stunning, you must be in Paso Robles Wine Region.  With spectacular views, just minutes from the ocean, Paso Robles is home to a growing number of boutique, family owned, and large operation wineries.  As word of this beautiful place gets out, more and more people find themselves drawn here.

When you come to Paso Robles, don't worry about finding your way around, and trying to choose which of the almost 200 wineries to visit.  Let us take care of all the little details while you sit back and enjoy Wine Tasting with The Wine Wrangler!  Our drivers take you from one winery to the next, letting you relax and take in the beautiful landscapes and rich history of the region.

When you're in the area, one of the best wineries to spend a little time at is Adelaida Winery.  Adelaida has a long history, with the first vines planted in the 1960s.  The vineyards now boast seven distinct properties for a total of 168 planted acres.  The winery specializes in Rhones, dry farmed Zinfandel, old vine Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon.  Each crop is planted where they'll thrive, producing precise, intense flavors that come through with each glass that's poured.

Jeremy Weintraub, the winemaker for Adelaida has enjoyed much success with his wines.  He learned from some of the best international winemakers and continues to make a name for himself within the wine community.  To enjoy Jeremy's masterfully crafted wines, the winery offers several different options for tasting while taking in the beauty of the property.  Adelaida offers a vineyard tour that showcases their sustainably farmed vineyard practices.  They also have a beautiful tasting room, located on the hilltop, providing exquisite views to accompany your tasting.  Whatever you choose to experience at Adelaida, it is an experience you won't soon forget.

With The Wine Wrangler, you can visit wineries throughout the Paso Robles Wine Region and beyond. We can even customize a private tour to take you to the wineries that you want to visit most, or that best meet your interests.  Just get in touch with us, and we'll handle the rest!
