Enjoy a Paso Robles Picnic--with a Glass of Wine |
Paso Robles Wine Country is a popular tour destination and
it’s no wonder—we have fabulous Wine
Tours, festivals, great restaurants, and plenty of entertainment. Both
tourists and locals also love the Central Coast because it’s truly a strikingly
beautiful part of the state. Small town quaintness gives way to scenic back
roads, pastoral settings, and rolling coastal hills that rise and dip all the
way to the Pacific Ocean.
It’s no wonder that we’re pretty well-known for our fabulous
picnic spots, which is why we always make a big deal out of our picnic-style
lunches included on The
Wine Wrangler Wine Tours. Because really, is there a better way to spend
the day than wine tasting and picnicking?
When you’re out on one of our wine tasting tours, our guides
are happy to stop when you spy the perfect picnic spot, but we have a few
favorites that not only have great wines, but great views:
- Calcareous Vineyards: Hilltop view looking east toward Paso Robles.
- Silverhorse Winery: Sweeping views and beautiful grounds.
- Castoro Cellars: Beautiful grounds, lovely vistas, and comfortable picnic area with umbrellas.
While you’re more than welcome to bring along your own
snacks on any of our wine tours, our Level
2 Adventure Tour includes a delicious picnic lunch that our guests rave
about. Ready to find the perfect picnic spot this weekend?
