There are many ways to travel this summer, but when it comes
to traveling from Los Angeles or San Francisco to the California’s Central
Coast, we think the best way to go is by train. The Wine Wrangler makes
train travel—and wine tasting—easy with our special Amtrak Package,
which includes either a one or two night stay at a Paso Robles hotel, train
transfers and pickups, and either a wine tasting tour or a Hearst Castle
tour—and if you’re staying for two nights, you’ll choose two tours of your
choice.
Here are the details of some of our more popular tours that
our Amtrak guests can enjoy:
·
½ Day Wine Tasting Adventure Tour: On this tour, you’ll visit 3-4
wineries with one of our personable and knowledgeable guides. Many wineries
will waive the tasting fees with the purchase of wine. This tour is available
Sunday through Friday.
·
Level 1 Introduction to Great Paso Robles
Wines Tour: This tour is the
perfect introduction to Paso Robles Wine Country and the perfect opportunity to
stock your wine cellar. Available daily, you’ll enjoy visiting 4 wineries over
the course of approximately 4 hours. Tasting fees are waived. Our drivers will
stop so you can enjoy lunch on your own, or if you’d like, we can provide a
picnic lunch for you for an additional fee.
·
Level 2 Wine Wrangler Adventure Tour: This tour is not only our most
popular, but our most social, as well. You’ll tour with other guests and enjoy
tasting at 4-6 wineries while learning a little more about our area. The tour
usually lasts about 5 hours and includes a picnic lunch.
·
Hearst Castle Tour: Before touring the Grand Rooms,
you’ll be guided to the National Geographic Theatre where you’ll watch “Hearst
Castle: Building the Dream” in large screen format. The Grand Rooms tour
includes the social rooms and the gardens and Neptune’s Pool and the Roman
Pool. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a deli lunch. Included in the tour is a visit to
Piedras Blanca to see the Elephant Seals.
Vow to enjoy the summer travel and book your Amtrak Package
with The Wine Wrangler. Then you can sit back and enjoy the Central Coast and
all it has to offer.
