Bistro Laurent: Laurent Grangien, owner and chef, cooked his way through the Michelin star kitchens of France, eventually landing in Paso Robles where he decided to open up a bistro. Classical cuisine made with local ingredients and paired with wines from the Paso Robles AVA, Bistro Laurent is the place to dine when you’re in the mood to linger over expertly prepared foods and hard to find wines.

Buono Tavola: Chef Antonio Varia first learned how to make his Northern Italian delicacies in his childhood home and then worked his way through the kitchens of Italy and Los Angeles before opening his popular Paso Roble restaurant. Buono Tavola, meaning The Good Table, features local ingredients and wines, but according to Varia, the one ingredient the makes every dish sing—cooking with love.

Villa Creek: Situated on the corner, just across from the park, Villa Creek takes a conscious approach to dining by turning local, sustainably farmed ingredients into delicious fare and then expertly pairing them with local wines from the Paso Robles AVA. Stroll the park and the peek into the local shops before or after dinner.
