While it might be true that all over the United States
people are suffering from the January doldrums, nothing could be further from
the truth for those living and visiting California’s beautiful Central Coast.

Bistro Laurent:
Laurent Grangien, owner and chef, cooked his way through the Michelin star
kitchens of France, eventually landing in Paso Robles where he decided to open
up a bistro. Classical cuisine made with local ingredients and paired with
wines from the Paso Robles AVA, Bistro Laurent is the place to dine when you’re
in the mood to linger over expertly prepared foods and hard to find wines.
Buono Tavola: Chef
Antonio Varia first learned how to make his Northern Italian delicacies in his
childhood home and then worked his way through the kitchens of Italy and Los
Angeles before opening his popular Paso Roble restaurant. Buono Tavola, meaning
The Good Table, features local
ingredients and wines, but according to Varia, the one ingredient the makes
every dish sing—cooking with love.
Paso Robles Inn
Steakhouse: The Paso Robles Inn was established over 125 years ago when
it catered to people from near and far who sought to ‘take the healing waters’
of the Paso Robles Hot Springs. Today, the newly renovated hotel still offers
those relaxing, healing waters to guests staying in the luxury suites, but you
don’t need to stay at the hotel to enjoy an excellent meal in the restaurant.
Menu items vary from perfectly grilled steaks to local seafood specials.
