Grey Wolf Cellars is one of our favorite stops to experience Paso Robles wines.  Established in 1994 by Joe and Shirlene Barton, the winery is still a family-run business.  Joe Jr. is now the winemaker at Grey Wolf Cellars, using his experience and what he learned from his father to keep their dream alive.  The family has their hands in each part of the winery, from farming and harvesting, to the hand-crafted finished product. 

From the beginning, Grey Wolf Cellars has embraced crafting high quality wines from small lot farming.  Their style of crafting wines with complexity and depth is enhanced by the old world winemaking techniques used everyday.  The natural flavors of the fruit is embodied in each wine produced.  Grey Wolf Cellars is known for their full bodied reds which can be enjoyed in their beautiful tasting room located at the vineyard.
